Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Blitz Publications & Multi-Media Group Pty Ltd whose registered office is 1 Miles Street Mulgrave Victoria 3170.
We reserve the right to not process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to appropriate validation and authorisation checks by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas). All prices are discounted from the full subscription rate advertised in each title, including postage and handling and are correct at time of going to press (with the exception of overseas subscriptions).
If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
If the subscription ordered by you includes a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within approximately 6 weeks after your first payment has been taken. Blitz Publications & Multi-Media Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value if necessary. Gifts are not available to overseas subscriptions.
We will deliver the magazines to the address which you have given when you place your order. Your subscription will start with the next available issue. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery (up to eight weeks for overseas subscriptions). We will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. If you change address or any other relevant details, you must update your details online or notify our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or PO Box 4075, Mulgrave, Vic, 3170.
We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in dispatch shall be limited to replacement of the missing issues and to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you.
If you purchase an auto-recurring subscription (whether monthly, annual or another period), you may cancel that subscription at any time before the end of the applicable billing cycle, and the cancellation will apply at the end of the subscription. Fees paid for any subscriptions are paid in advance, and are not refundable.
You may deactivate the automatic renewal of your subscription anytime by updating your preferences online, contacting our Customer Service Team at email@example.com, or by calling 03 9574 8999.
If a product is faulty, we will happily refund your money. Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in Australian dollars. Your credit card company will convert the dollar amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your original purchase. As part of the measures we employ to ensure your privacy, we will only refund to the credit card account used for the original transaction, or by cheque to the person listed as the purchaser of the subscription. Under no circumstances will refunds be processed to any other credit card.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable).
If you make ongoing direct debit payments, we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit card holder.
If your credit card expires at any time during the term of your subscription, you must notify us of the new expiry date as soon as you become aware of it by updating your preferences online or contacting our Customer Service Team at email@example.com or by calling 03 9574 8999. Failure to do so will mean that we cannot debit your account in the next payment cycle and your subscription will cease after all paid issues have been sent.
We will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit card details to avoid unauthorised use. If any of our magazines are put on sale in newsagents / shops etc. in Australia containing a covermount gift, tip-on or insert, you are not guaranteed to receive this gift. Magazines delivered to overseas addresses may not contain covermount gifts. These offers are not usually available for digital magazines and associated subscriptions.
On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. All credit card transactions will be debited in Australian dollars by your bank or financial institution on behalf of Blitz Publications & Multi-Media Group Pty Ltd.
